Find your grief community
I believe that grief is best witnessed and held in community. I tend to run my groups in 6-8-week cohorts, with the option to continue long-term if participants choose.
When groups end, I send each member a resource packet and share contact information with members’ consent so the communication can continue.
My groups tend to draw in Millennials, Gen Z, and anyone who is navigating death “sooner than expected.” Try a group if you often feel like no one in your life understands you or your grief. The people in my groups get it because they’re going through it.

Dead Dad Club
$85 per group session / $65 sliding scale
Why Dead Dad Club?
Because my dad died, and your dad died. And no one knows how to talk about it except other people who have dead dads.
Welcome to Dead Dad Club. Everyone’s dad is dead, and you can feel just a little less weird about it. We talk about dads, and the hole they left in the family, and the managing we might do to keep it together. We talk about their lives, and make room for complicated emotions. Our dads were human after all.
Current Availability: Thursdays at 6 pm EST through Dec 17, 2026
Pet Loss Support Group
$85 per group session / $65 sliding scale
Why Pet Loss Support?
Losing a pet runs so much deeper than people can comprehend unless you’ve been through it.
When Hazel died, I was lost. She was my everything. And I didn’t want to be in a group where I just spoke about the horrors of her death. I wanted a space where we could also celebrate her life. I want that for all pet grievers. I’ve loved learning about all the pets’ lives through the owners who have attended this group. Let’s do it for our animals. 🐾
Current Availability: Tuesdays at 5 pm EST through Dec. 22, 2026
BIPOC Grief Support Group
$85 per group session / $65 sliding scale
Why a BIPOC-only grief space?
As a participant and professional in the grief space, I don’t find enough spaces for BIPOC grief. Losing an important person is already hard enough. As BIPOC people in the world, we face barriers every day that limit our opportunities to safely access our emotions and allow our grief to exist.
Participants have shared that a BIPOC only space allows them to access their grief in a deeper, more authentic way.

I’m Getting Married and Grieving Group
$85 per group session / $65 sliding scale
Why a group for grief and wedding planning?
I didn’t realize how much wedding planning, traditions, and pressures would poke at my grief until I went through it.
And there wasn’t a group for it! But I knew I couldn’t be alone! So I created a workshop and found that other people were craving a space to talk about how grief and wedding planning deeply intertwine.
Consider us your griefy bridal party for all griefy wedding rants and decisions, as well as your biggest cheerleaders who look forward to celebrating your day with you, grief included.
Current Availability: One spot left - Tuesdays at 7 pm EST - running through Dec. 29th, or sign up for 2027.
Grieving Greatness:
For Injured/Retired athletes
$85 per group session / $65 sliding scale
Why Identity Support?
Because athletes and top performers build their lives and identities around their sports/careers, I am because I swim, run, dance, catch, and kick.
But what happens when we can no longer do? When our team no longer needs us? When the dance company fills our spot? We’re left without our world, and surrounded by our grief.
I felt this when I was forced to retire from an 11-year swimming career due to a shoulder injury. Find your community that will help you make sense of life after sport.
